Welcome to Gear Vault: Equipment List. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Gear Vault mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Gear Vault provides tools for equipment tracking, kit organization, maintenance logging, and PDF report generation. Certain features require a premium subscription or one-time purchase.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Subscriptions: We offer weekly and monthly auto-renewable subscriptions.
Payments: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless they are canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
Lifetime Purchase: The "Lifetime" option is a one-time non-consumable purchase that grants permanent access to premium features.

3. User Content

You are responsible for the data you enter into the App (e.g., equipment names, serial numbers, photos). Gear Vault does not claim ownership of your data. Data is synced via your personal iCloud account and is subject to Apple's iCloud security policies.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
